Rear Discs And Pads

Hi

Need new discs and pads on the rear of my 54 plate 2.0 D4D Verso. Any one got any ideas on a good price and where to get them from?

Also I've looked on fleabay and there are a few on there, but most state 'all versos from 2002 onwards'. Did the pre facelift Verso share the same discs etc as the post face lift?
