Filled up for the first time and pressed the button... but that just switches between Trip and Total mileage... holding it in doesn't seem to do anything... so how do i reset it every time i fill up? :P

And I presume you're holding it in when it's on the trip view, not the main odometer?

I would have thought that would have done the trick.

The button obviously works if it toggles the display between the trips and the odo, so unless there's some other instructions in the manual, I think you're going to have to ask Mr T.

well the trip has only reached 770 miles or something so it's not been broke ages and it's only done just over 82k overall

When it's on the trip display hold the button in for 2 seconds and then let go. Any longer and it doesn't work. There is a bit of a knack to it at first.

The reset is automatic: when you are driving away after a refill, it occurs after a short distance.
