Looking at tuning up t Sport. Only got Typhoon on at the mo and i fully recommend this piece of kit.

Found a TTE supercharger for £1700 which is pretty price tag. States it can gain 25bhp. Also read previous post on here about remaps and chipping. One person on here had T Sport chipped or remaped then went back to stock because of spark plugs burning out. Could you not just buy better performance spark plugs ?

any one know gains for remap / chip compared to £1700 25bhp increase from supercharger

It was a lad from Poland that had it done, as well as the spark plugs i'm sure it was causing other problems as well so the decision was made to return to stock to prolong the life of the engine

As for remaps, nobody does one for the CTS. So your only option would be something like an Apexi Power FC

I can't say for the remap, but if the modding bug hits me hard i will be going for Piper Cams, TRD Manifold and a free flow cat coupled to my TTE backbox, i would guess power gains to be 18-20 BHP (i think?) plus more much needed torque.

Total cost would be £2,000 inc fitting approx i expect.

add a lighter flywheel and uprated clutch along with the high comp. piston kit and also power apexi fc and you will be fully moded :) if only i was rich lol

Doing all this would be great, but the cost's would make buying another car a more sensible choice, shame.

Stainless steel manifold, full exhaust system change your cat to a high flow cat or racing cat, charger is one thing...look for blitz go to a good mechanihc seriously anything can be done to your car if you got money...camshafts is an option, polished ports,better spark plugs,upgraded pistons, polished head,

probably has to all be done custom as know one makes these parts really to sell for the car, My mechanic will custom build alot of the stuff and work on it. A decent mechanic can do anything to your car if your willing to pay...turbo charge it! Your p ossibilities are endless but your wallet isnt...tough choice

Don't forget the LED washer jets. Increased aerodynamics....... ;)
