Insurance On Aygo Platinum Mmt

The question mainly aim at those who has a Platinum MMT. The insurance company (Elephant in this case) does not appear to have Aygo Platinum MMT/Auto in their system. Do you have problem with your insurance company?

Is this only when entering details on there website? Since alot of companies didnt even have the Aygo itself on there websites when I insured my car (06) which was a year old at the time.

If they dont have the actual Platinum listed itself when you ring them up then somethings not right, they should be updating that asap.

Hey, I'm insured with Elephant I just had to ring them up and talk through it with them , we got there in the end. Took a little effort but you should be fine if you ring them, they'll be able to help.

Think the call went over to India and the Platinum MMT is not in the system. I then tried an online quote and indeed the Platinum Auto is not listed but there is a Platinum selection however there are Blue Auto, Aygo+ Auto etc on the selection list. As it is a newly registered car, the number plate is not on the system yet so can't go through auto select.

With directline, it took them a while but they found it in the end. Couldn't believe how cheap it was!
