This seems to have just appeared on the toyota website recently. It says it Adds Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control, side airbags, curtain airbags and two rear headrests.

Did it not already have traction control and the like?

Did it not already have traction control and the like?

For a car in this price range it is very unlikely

Well do you think its worth getting?

You can get that pack in The Netherlands too, but it's €1960 (£1560) for a Basic or Plus, since it's combined with an A/C,

for a Sport it's "just" €990 (£790), which is a LOT of money, especially if the basic car (3drs Basic) only costs €8690 (£6915)

With great respect to all Aygo drivers I suggest that this car does not have the performance to warrant such expenditure. I reckon the money would be better spend on some styling additions such as body kits etc B)

Any modifications I do would be small things like adding/changing colours of the lights, I have no urge whatsoever to modify the outside of the car. That includes no spoilers!! God I hate them.

The traction control would be a complete waste of money, had it on my last 2 cars and it only operates at low speeds by cutting engine power and applying brakes to prevent wheel spin, kinda reverse ABS. Its unlikely you will have any wheel spin problems with the aygo :) i guess it has its uses in the frost/snow, but i dont think I used my traction control more than twice during the last 5 years, didnt really warrant the expense.

Guess my spare money initially will just be spent on a sub and rev counter then :D
