Engine Vibration On Idle And Take Off

hi people, i just got my supra 3.0i n/t back from the garage yesterday it had new rocker cover gaskets fitted and a o/s ball joint, it was fine at the garage but now when its idling it vibrates a little, when you give it a sudden throttle it shakes the whole car but if you do it gently its not to bad, as your driving it judders i.e loses power for a sec and starts shaking again, i think its the air intake because they had to remove that and the manifold to get to the rocker covers, but if you know different please tell me because it's depressing me......
