There is actually a 2007 Yaris TS. Here in the UK they dont bring them anymore, but everywhere else in Europe we get them. The SR here is not the same as the TS, at least not the one i see on the toyota dealers here.

There is no Yaris in Japan, it's still a Vitz and a Belta

It's not basically a TS as it still has the 1.5 engine in it unlike the European ones that have the 1.8

Well, no. The red one in the pic is my 2007 Yaris TS. The modellista is a Vitz Japanese model. The TS and SR are two different models of cars really. The TS has a 1.8 Dual VVT-i engine. The SR is a 1.3 here in the UK, and in Japan is a Vitz 1.5 which can come with a turbo. well, anyways. though i would clear that up. But I was told by toyota that you wont get the 1.8 model anymore. sad really.

Well, no. The red one in the pic is my 2007 Yaris TS. The modellista is a Vitz Japanese model. The TS and SR are two different models of cars really. The TS has a 1.8 Dual VVT-i engine. In the UK there is the 1.8 SR Yaris which has the duel VVT-I engine which is the same as the one in the picture. There is a thread about it on here, it’s a special factory order of up to 3 months (that’s how long it takes for the boat to get here from Japan) The T-Sport name has been dropped in the UK and replaced with the SR.

There are also 1.3 SR’s which are based on the TR model (with a few extra’s).

There are no more 1.5’s (former T-Sport ‘old shape’)
