Converting Avi File To Mpeg4 - Know Any Good Software

Hello peeps,

I have a new phone which plays movies (a Samsung f490) but I want to convert my movies format from a .avi to a mpeg4 format so my phone can play it.

Anybody know a good conversion software?

I downloaded a converter yesterday and after 2 hours of converting it came up with a patching error, hence why I am asking!

No probs mate... I know it only allows you to convert 5 min of play but im sure you can aquire a copy should you be satisfied with it. ;)
