40k Mile Service On 2.0 D4d 2005

Just had a 40k mile service done on my D4D. Toyota dealer in Watford - Andrew Rowley. It cost £345. They changed engine oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter and flushed engine. After the service they recommended changing brake and clutch fluid, gearbox oil, and pollen filter, also recommended aircon service and changing wipers which they said were split - but they are OK.

Are any of these items specified by Toyota at the 40K mark and if they are why are they not part of the standard service. I plan to change the brake fluid myself. Should I also change the gearbox oil ? and should the engine coolant be changed ?

Comments and advice appreciated.
