Has anyone heard of or brought from www.crn-uk.com/ CRN Performance brakes? I called up and agreed a price for front and rear 40 grooved discs and zinc coated in gold and delivered for £160

I know they have sold aloooooot on eBay so that should mean something!

Can I get some advice has I dont want to end up with crap brakes and kill myself on the road lol

Cheers

Never heard of CRN but I wouldnt go on the fact that loads of them are sold on eBay...remember there are lots of £3 power chips for cars on eBay and they are crap!

I have heard EBC are good brakes and a few members have them fitted, so I would go for these over the CRN (plus you will save £20  )

I have had EBC brakes on motorbikes I have owned and they are fine, I would sooner purchase them than buy something I have never heard of.

I'd have to agree here, because on some things I am content to buy on the cheap, btu when it is something designed to stop you dying like brakes and tyres, then I will always go for proven and reputable brands.

Used the EBC grooved discs and Greenstuff pads and they were great.

You just have to get some heat in the them to optimise performance. When they are cold and you don't apply much brake pressure they can feel worse than standard discs and pads.
