Well fingers crossed my car will be back on the road by then. Been in the body shop for past 3 weeks having a modification done.

I am supposed to go to Donny North this Sunday as well!!

I am 100% gonna be there, I live 5 minutes away. Lets just hope I go in my car!

I am due to get there dead on 11:30am... and i want to know which other TOC memebrs will be there at the same point?

As most of you will know, it's Bolney 2004 next weekend (Saturday 24th April).

This is a "show n Shine" type event ... as there is no-where to show what your car is capable of. So it's simply a case of turn-up, park-up and swtich off. We're expecting a lot of cars this year ... as Bolney has become quite well known these days. The previous 2 years has seen over 500 cars in attendance.

We have something different this year .... with cars voted for by each owners club parked in the main carpark. This is basically the first time we've tried a "show area". We should have around 30 cars on display ... with a LOT of variety. I am pleased to say we have an NSX confirmed this year ... which is a first.

We also have our first "trade stand" - as Japanese Performance magazine will have a stand at the meet ... and will be selling their magazine. They are also doing a feature on the day.

Additionally, Steve Brooks (producer of the "Skylines & Skyscrapers" DVD) is coming down to video some of the meet ... with a view to putting some footage on a future DVD.

The pub generally do a special menu for us - basically easy pub food - chips, steaks, etc. They normally do us special prices as well ... i've eaten there in the past and the food is delicious.

Start time for the meet is 11.30am - no sooner. We need time to get the carpark cars sorted, get the Jap Performance Mag stand up, and ensure Steve (and co) are all sorted. It does get very busy very quickly ... so please watch your speeds ... and try not to get frustrated by the parking ... it may take you a few moments to get parked up .... but there is LOADS of space so you'll get sorted eventually. As mentioned the carpark is reserved, so please do not try and park in there ... as it'll ruin the "display area".

There is no official end time for the meet ... it just ends when it ends. It's normally still going at 4pm ... so there's plenty of time to see all the cars in attendance.

I look forward to seeing plenty of you there next weekend .... the meet WILL go ahead regardless of the weather. If it's wet, just bring an umbrella

10.00am sharp leave Mimms

10.20am approx Thurrock services meet will merge with us on the M25 (Trung I'll call you as we approach the junction)

Approx 10.45 - 11am stop in at Clacketts Services

11.10am leave Clacketts

11.30am Arrive

knowlson - sounds good. would go with the south mimms group but they're all supras etc so a bit fast for me. will go there and see whats what. just wanna arrive with some other people so that i know a couple of peeps

and also.. i want to know somethin.. if you go there early... do you get blocked in so that you cant get out?

or is it all organised? so that you can leave at any point...
