Was just coming back from a meet up here in notts and me and and my bro were coming back in the corolla gti, all of a sudden a bmw 325i e36 over takes us at high speeds and stops at the next lights, we wait for him to pull off and then plant the gti as hes really pulling off fast but he doesnt get far at all maybe 1 car distance and then we are in second gear we get quite close to him and then the 3rd gear and we are still right behind him and i couldnt believe it the bimma guy was absolute giving it some and we must have hit 85mph and he didnt get anywhere, i know bimmas are fast especially 2.5 e36 models but corolla gti's are really suprisingly fast cars and i realised this today, even the guy with bimma was stunned with the gti's performance;)

Hats off to the gti's ;)

by the way the gti belongs to MAXSGTI who is also on this sight, my older bro :toast:

that corolla gti in the video clip belongs to a kid round the corner from us, hes treated like dirt, hes selling it at £400 now

I hope you naughty little ****ers are not encouraging irresponsible driving :o If you are then you really are ******s and should be ashamed of yourselves, if you aren't then just disregard this comment ;) What is the difference between Corolla G.T.I. and Corolla G.X.I.? And why did they change the designation for the "fast" Rolla?

Im the one who bought that into Nottingham from Bradford, was a heap of crap, bought it from GIRLington lol

The car was so shagged that even a prositute is not shagged that bad lol,

Most Bradford twinys are ragged because its owned by mainly boy racers lol. (talking from experience)

Some enthiausts like Ray and Ali are kool they bringing back the real twinys otherwise :!Removed!:

And yes mate that was my very first twiny which is now sold to a lad around here in nottingham who dented the quarter panel and messed the car up so bad and now hes selling it for £400;)

But i own proudly a much minter and better version of the twiny which was bought from Ali

the GTi had a 4A-GE engine, the perfomance orientated engine and the GXi had the 7A-FE a non performance engine, to make up for the lack of power it has more torques mainly from the extra 200cc (or there abouts) of displacement. The GXi was never destined to be a replacement for the GTi that gapped was filled by the Apex GT 20v model (rarer than hens teeth).
