Mr-s Handbook

Hi everyone.

I've just recently bought a mr-s W reg 2000 which is awsome. The problem is there's no handbook with it. I've managed to sort the roof which was quite easy, i just like to familiarise myself with everything which without the manual is a pain. This is my 3rd mr2 as had mk 1 , 2 and now three so i pretty much no were things are. Just noticed near the fuel cap pull there's a lock which the ignition key fits in, no idea what it is if anyone can give mr some idea please? And also where i can purchase a handbook so i can read through it?

Many thanks.

Steve.

Hi Steve,

Good choice of car! I'm not sure if the manual you get with the Roadster is the same as the MR-S, but there is plenty of informative people here and more import owners over at MR2ROC.

The key hole by the fuel cap release and boot/bonnet release is an anti-theft device to lock them if you have the roof down, which should be a lot with all this lovely weather B) !!
