Rev Counter

hello all

has any one heard this one

was revesing today and the rev counter stoped working for few secs and started working again this happend last year a mate of mine told me that the rev counter needs replacing but the reason why i did not replace it was because it was working fine until today

hints on how to replace it and how to buy it please

I'm not sure you can replace just the rev counter.

But the whole instrument panel is dead easy to get out, and only 2 multi-pin cables in the back to disconnect.

yes i mean whole instrument panel they is no way u can change rev meter i agree but how and where can i get the whole instrument panel and are they any pics to help me cheers

Just out of interest, would the milage be lost if the instrument panel was changed or is that stored in the ECU?

firs thing to check is,

if it is a faulty speedo,

or if it a faulty speed sensor.

are you any good with cars ?
