Stickers That Look Like Aerials On Windscreen

Hi!

There are about 6 stickers on the windscreen of my levin that look like aerials, they are clear with a tiny black line down along the middle of them and have a little black thing at the end of them where a wire comes out and goes into the pillars and i dont kno whether i need to leave them there or not. Did anyone have them on their car and did anything happen when u removed them??
