Hi Guys,

Hello everyone... or those who read the intros part of the forum! , I used to be a Toyota owner- old school Carolla (1984) was my first ever car, and I loved it, sadly it went.

I always love the MR2 ever since I was little, until they screwed it up with the latest revision! Anyway, I was looking for a nice MR2 Mk2 to get my hands on when I came across the Celica GT-FOUR and the idea of having a slighly larger boot than the MR2 appealled to me! :D

Do not currently have a Toyota but hoping to get my hands on an ST 185 Celica in the next few months, all I can gather so far is they seem to be popular, everytime i see one I like they disappear before I can arrange a viewing!

Hope to get to know some of you guys, especially any with knowledge on the GT4 that can help me from geeting a pup!

Cya Around!

Welcome matey... and nice choice in car... :)

What to do is get on the Celica GT4 section of the forum and ask for more info in there because as you already guessed not everyone looks in here.

What is your budget by the way as you can get a nice ST205 for £3.5k these days... and it has much more potential than the ST185 although i have to say i love the shape of the ST185! :)

I too love the shape of the 185, I like the 205 but would choose the 185 over it every time!

I'm not planing on doing many modifications to the car (when I get one) and 200 odd bph is more than enough for me to play with, shame a lot of it is lost by the 4wd system! imagine 200bph going through the lot :D Dont want to make it a fuel hungry beast either!
