Suspension Problems

I purchased a new T Spirit saloon in Feb this year (57 plate). The ride quality is atrocious over local roads, the suspension crashes in and out of pot holes and is hard and unyielding. I think the suspension set up was changed about Sept 07 (57 plate), but the car I test drove was on an 07 plate meaning early 2007. If anyone has a T Spirit saloon bought in 2007 or 2008 I would be interested to know what your car is like, when you bought it and what reg it is. I am having a tough time getting my garage to take my complaint seriously. Many Thanks
