Toyota Starlet Diesel

Hi,

I have just joined the forum thought I'd say hello. I want some information about the diesel starlet engines. I own a 1.5 litre diesel toyota starlet and I want to install a turbo on it, is it worth it to install on the current engine or I get a trecel engine? How much BHP can a 1.5 turbo diesel produce? what i need to do to instal the turbo?

All you need to do is get an exhaust manifold for the turbu fit the turbo on (fit oil return to the sump and oil feed to the turbo )and open the diesel pump to get the proper ammount of diesel the engine needs with the turbo on! i did a vw polo classic with a turbo which was ***** without and the performance gain was really good!
