Corolla T Sport Headlamp Converting

Hi, this is my first time on this site so not too sure if I am in the right place to ask this question. I am talking my Corolla T sport over to France can someone help me with converting my headlamps. Brought a kit form Halfords but unable to work out what i should be doing with it to convert them.... or is there someother way of doing this without the kit?? B)

Not changed them myself but basically it should go either inside or on the glass to change the headlamp pattern being as you will be on the other side of the road. Is there no instructions with the kit?
