i was looking at some springs to lower my e12 rolla and i saw a set of Eibach to lower 30mm & a set of Gmax to lower 40mm. what do you think would be the best for my rolla. has anyone lowered their e12 on gmax?

+1 for Eibach here. Correct me if I'm wrong (pretty sure this is true for the CTS version of G-Max) but it lowes something like 30mm at the front and 40-45mm at the back, whereas the eibachs are uniform on all 4 corners.
