Last fill cost me £52.00 (and £45.00 before I went on holiday, petrol shot up fast!)

I have done 370miles on a full tank before (had a challenge on how many miles we could do on a tank on another T Sport website) but someone else got 400 miles so he must of been driving like a real Grandpa! No "lift" engaged....

Last 5 tankfuls and how many miles I had done since the last fill:

57.00 401

56.00 343

61.00 412

52.00 347

63.00 380

Put £50 in and get about 250 miles

These compressors sure are thirsty

That's actually better than I thought! :D It's about what you'd see from a Civic Type R from talking to a mate of mine, so about par for the course really - but yours has that supercharger whine!

I do short journeys mainly to and from work, only around 4 miles each way (so engines always cold) and I average around 33mpg, so a tank does around 300 miles. It's really not that bad when you think that it's putting out close to 200BHP!!

***** I must have a leak somewhere... I fill up and I have the empty light on at about 250 miles, that's in a normal TS.

:o

My CTS has a Typhoon. I avergage 28.5Mpg. (The misses drives sometimes)

On average we put £25 V-Power in every.... 3 days, 4 if we're lucky. We cover about 50-60 miles a day.

I put £56 in it the last time

Computer says 29.9mpg average, all city driving at the moment, i say no, think its a bit less.

I normally get just over 300miles to the orange light when driving extra urban as the magazines call it , best ever was 360

Ours does 320mls on £45 worse of Supermarket fuel which is almost 35 MPG, half motorway half in town, 99% no lift (when shes driving) and 1 % when i get the odd drive!

Typhoon has improved economy by about 2 MPG! Should pay for its self in about 10,000 mls worth of driving :yahoo:

Lets hope the Mrs never learns to love the lift

The Typhoon increased my MPG too!! I tried to explain to my dad that it's paying for itself, but he just doesn't get it!

Surprised she doesn't like it, but better for the wallet that way!

She came home the other day and said " Had to put my foot down with an old Ford Ka, only just got past it on a dual carrigeway", i say did you rev it? She says " No I dont like the noise over 4,000 rpm"

Our CTS must have the least usage of lift in the world!
