How To Replace Front Foglights On E12

My front foglight is cracked, so I need to replace it. Can anyone tell me how I go about it, or is it a main dealer job (like replacing Corolla headlamp bulbs)? I can't see anything external to release the foglight. Is it possible to access without taking the bumper off? Thanks.
