Seat Belt Problems

Greetings - anyone experienced a problem with rear seat belt on a 56 plate T180. Locks without warning and won't release unless removed from retaining buckle. Nearside seems more of a problem than offside.

Also semed to have more wind noise from offside rear door area than nearside

Its still under warranty but need some facts before I visit Mr T

Thanks

Do you use a baby seat in the rear on the side the seatbelt is locking? If so you may need to fully extend the belt and then let itself reel back in. The belt assy has a locking setting which activates if belt pulled out too far (as when fittng baby seat)

The windnoise - is the window definately all the way up (had people come in with this prob only to find window open a few mm lol) Are you noticing the noise is more when sat in drivers seat or noticable when sat anywhere?

Mart.

Thanks for your reply - no baby seat but I'll try the bit about not pulling the belt out to far. The wind noise can be heard from the front and back. Mr T has already replaced the door seals but its no better. They tell me there was a bulletin about them which is why they replaced them following my earlier complanit.
