Just joined here, i just picked up my corolla on friday so needed to join for advice etc...

Its a 1990 1.25 gl

Two owners from new 71k on the clock, the body is very straight for the age of it, minimal rust on the body, floor and sills are solid, inner legs are solid, but one wing is rotten, which looks like minnor accident damage.

Planning on stripping it completely, repairing a few dings in it, doing some subtle modifications on the interior and exterior and repainting it black over white.

This wont be everyone cup of tea but any or all feedback will be appreciated.

Spent a few hours today stripping the interior out, got the boot trim, rear quarter panel trims, b and c pillars, rear seats, passenger seat, cnter console and lower parts of the dash.

I must say the best looking part of the interior is the factory stereo, it will be staying in the car.

Was trying to find online shops for replacement bumpers, but can only find a few, have many people found or bought many parts online and if so could point me in the right direction, please.

I will do a bit more stripping tomorrow night, hopefully.
