Mine has a whacking hole in it where the bracket yanked off! I'll bid to see how cheap I can get it just for the darn pipe! lol

It came off!? How the hell did that happen?? Think I'll check mine when I'm out later, just I've not checked it this month. Shame you cant buy just the pipe bit though. Have you looked into that?

I could have got it replaced by K&N, But I lost the receipt....

It's snapped from underneith. Lemme see if I can find a pic... (Right now I cant)

I'll take one later for referance. Right where the bracket is connected to the pipe, it's ripped a hole in it. Atm it's covered with Duct tape to stop air flowing through the hole. Need to get it welded me thinks....

As for how it happened.... No idea.

Think it was when I downshifted once, Sudden movement of the engine + a bit too tight me thinks... did hear a big clunk when I did it. SO must have been it.

Wow, I wonder what caused that?? I think the pipes a little flimsy around that bracket, so guess that wont help. What's it made out of anyway, can it be fixed? Pleased I hung onto my receipt now if they'll change it! Good luck getting it sorted mate!

AH! That heavy right boot caused it then!! It does fly about when you rev it and I've got a different reducer on it making the bracket tighter!

To be honest mate, it doesn't move around too much without the bracket. If you dont want it breaking. Justdont use it. ToweyLowey doesn't have his connected on his Compressor either.

Really? Hmmm, think I'll have a look at that then. I was worried that it might come of the block, although they are really tightly attached. I might try and modify it a bit more to give it a little bit of play - I've got a few ideas, thanks! :D

Why not ask someone on here if they have a receipt for theirs they could send you. Then you could use that to get it replaced :)

Its a toughie isnt it! As much as I like the sound from the K&N on the Compressors, I've always fancied the Blitz induction noise on the VoodooGTS clip on youtube, .. sounds bit more beefy! Same Ogura TX12 sc as the compressor.

Yeah, seriously!! I've put an induction kit on all bar my first two cars and this is the only time that I've ever seen and increase in MPG - almost always goes down!

I'd forgot I'd posted this as I've been ill!
