Avensis Engine Lub Content ?

Hello I have lost my owner manuel for my Avensis II D4D 110CV 2003. I need to change the engine oil but I do not remember how much does it fit inside the engine. I remenber to figures, one if you change the oil filter, the other one with no filter replacement. Also what Oil grade do they recommand 10W40 semi synthetic or 5W40 synthetic ? Thanks
