0-30 Oil

What oil are you lot using, local Toyota dealer just said they use 0-30, and I think the book lists a few for different temprature ranges, which is best for here?

does anyone have a service list for the 60K one?

Also whats covered in the 60K service? that I know of its:

Brake fluid

oil and filter change

air filter (check or replace?)

spark plugs

and some checks
