Front Knocking?

hi, i have a knocking coming from the front of my 4 st205 when i hit a sharp bump/pot hole.

my mot advisory sheet mentioned something about a worn rubber on a link but failed to mention which 1, also my machnic is a lazy bugger and i've given up asking him which link it its lol..........so i would like some suggestions plz

Alright there, ive got the same problem which ive tried sorting out for 6 months or so. Ive changed the super stut which was totally knackered, then there was still a noise i also found out the car didnt handle as wel as people go on so much about. Its in the garage at the mo and im getting a new fig 8 ball joint and top mount. Hopefully that will sort my machine. Will keep u up 2 date though. ps im a machinic in the army so tried looking and doing the work myself but its no good cos i didnt hav the right tools and ramps
