Key Fob Battery Replacement.

Hello, I have had a look in the search function but am still not sure. I replaced the Battery in my Carina e P reg remote but it doesnt work now. Can you programme it yourself? Regards Phil.

is it the normal toyota oval shaped one, if so seperate if from the key, switch the ignition on and get out the car with the fob, leave the window down or somat incase it goes wrong n u lock u key in, take the back off the fob and there should be two prongs, press these in for ten seconds ish pointing at the bottom of the screen. thats how i did mine anyway

It should say in your user book on how to reset the key fob after changing the Battery, I have done this but it never worked for me and I am not willing to pay Mr T £80 for him to do it for me, so i just use my spare :)
