Having trouble getting a Battery for my emina, 2.2 diesel, auto.

The nearest i can find is at Halfords. they do 2 for a previa, lead acid and calcium thought it alos says for imports it may be different.

I really have no idea about the difference between them or what is a better alternative.

thanks

Calcium batteries last longer. Either way the Previa Battery should fit but get the highest AMP/H rating you can as diesel engines require slightly higher cranking power due to the higher compression ratio.

There are more similarities between Previa's and Estima's than there are differences. Sure you have a narrower body and yes you have a diesel engine and the interior may look different but many other things are the same and interchangeable. I own a Previa but the entire front suspension I replaced from a donor Lucida/Emina from the local scrap yard with the exception of the anti roll bar.

Estima Identical to Previa

Lucida/Emina - 110mm narrower than Previa and have different dashboards and interior layout including seating options.

Hope this helps.
