New Member Seeking First Toyota

Hi all

A quick intro from me. I'm 37 and have always had VW's, MK2 Golf GTI's, Jetta GTI 16V and now for the last 6 years a VW Corado VR6 Storm which is a great car heck the Mk2 GTI were/are great cars too, but the price of petrol etc has forced me to look at an alternative. My daily commute is a 62 mile round trip over Tor and down valley in the Peak District, great in the VR6 not so great on the finances!!!!

So after owning 2nd hand VW's most of my life I'm now looking at possibly buying new and like the Aygo.

I find myself quite often in the parts counter at VW and their after sales service is shocking and I'm usually standing around like a spare part whilst everyone runs round trying to make a new sale. They even sold me 5 litres of oil once that some t**t had helped themselves to the first litre! Someone in the garage had obviously used it and put it back on the shelf.

Now looking at the efficiency and reliability of a Toyota.
