Is it possible to fit a Sony 10 disc autochanger to the existing CD head unit in the Toyota Auris? And does this mean ripping the dashboard up?

Not possible, the 6 CD-changer is integrated as one, not a loose peripheral.

Next to that there's no other connection to add another changer.

You could change the headunit for an aftermarket one with a changer option.

However this includes cutting off connectors for the Speakers before you can hook them up to the new radio AND getting a kit to fit the radio in place!

I beg to differ.

I have an autochanger in my auris and i have the factory fit sat nav unit in mine. The autochanger is under the drivers seat so it appears it is possible to fit them

Well that might be so with the sat nav, im talking about the CD-head unit from the Dynamic, which is a 6-cd changer with MP3 playback function.
