Just wanted to say hello to one and all. I have NEVER owned a Toyota and am looking forward to getting to grips with this one.

Its Old Im afraid (not a rich toyota owner sorry) Anyway its a 1991 Toyota 4Runner RV6 over 370,000 kms on the clock and but looks great. recon engine 70k ago.

also never had a V6 or for that matter a 4 x 4. So all new to me this you know.

Bought it as the eldest daughter (16) is horse nuts and she has had the nag for a while but now wants to event etc. (cue bank manager) and now we have the float and Lastly we have the car truck SUV or whatever it is. (you have guessed by now you shant be asking me any techy questions right)??

But,,,, I am looking forward to picking it up. Now this is NOT a question but I have had people laugh at me when I said id be towing with a 4runner. Well I thought rightly or wrongly that a V6 4 x 4 was up to the job?? well I could be wrong. I think I may throw that one into the mix in the correct forum.

So thanks for having me. I hope there are others equally retarded in the field of 4runners and experts alike to share some stories along the way.

Cheers

mark (aka chancer)

From Ipswich UK now Brisbane Australia. (another migrant)
