Looking really good mate. I just got my new shiney exhaust for my yaris. Looking forward to getting it on. I got the TTE exhaust so should be good. Have a good holiday. I am on my honeymoon soon so cant wait for time off.!!!

We are going to italy for 8 days, tour round. I really cant wait. Cyprus will be fantastic. We went about this time last year. I love it. There are loads of yaris owners out there :P

My very last update before holiday, leaving at 1am tommorrow morning lol but though sod it leave the mrs to pack and ill do some hard work on the car, I am going cyprus for 2 weeks so chow for now

Anyway loads of piccys and spraying

First the engine bay fan is complete

Not perfect this side as you wont see it so no point ;)

more updates a few of them :)

Havnt been able to give pics lately i didnt take as many as i usually do :) but got some progress

All my new red hoses are in, got them from 'thebody' mr2oc thanks :)

And also got some other stuff in and engine bay fan here are pics for now and will upload more of todays progress

Sprayed red bracket and put back in

A few other things fitted and before hoses were fitted

Cam cover and red hook fitted

New coil pack and igniter fitted

Hoses starting to be fitted

Throttle body with new hoses and needs another clean

And hoses all fitted and finised

Put the cam cover back on and now is looking like a engine again,

And now the engine is looking normal again, manifold is back on all complete with new gaskets, havnt got round to doing things i wanted to do but needed to be back together for JAE

Bare in mind its not all finished yet and my god the exhaust is loud :)

Also needs cleaning hence the dirty hand marks putting it all back together

Loads to do yet but goes in bodyshop tommorrow for bits of work, and then more progress wehn i get it back :)

Ok got the car back from the bodyshop today needs a polish as i told them i would do it because i fitted them to tight schedule :) Also needed to work on it anyway so no point

Anyway i got the car back home after driving it struggling up hills as it was poo

Got it home to fix the engine why it was playing up, i found a couple of big problems which helped alot,

one was the HT leads didnt have good contact

The other was a hose had popped off from the vacuum canister oops

After i done this i put the engine back together and took lots of pics as im so pleased its all back together and alive before JAE

All need to do now is get the interior back together, underseal it and wash it and polish it for JAE

Note i couldnt put new rev3s on due to nt getting a centre panel :(

I got a big to do list after JAE and wont post up yet otherwise it wont be as good when i do them all :)

Well got it MOT'd today and she passed with flying colours im so happy :) , all i got to do tommorrow is front grille mesh and heatshield bracket

how are you?tell you what mate i just didnt realise how much time and effort you had put into that motor,what a car i know you had put a lot into it just by looking at it and from what you had said at jae,just gone through your post i bet your batteries were knacked in your camera bit like mine

You really deserved the best of show trophie mate you really did after all that hard work even getting stressed over spiders and cobwebs it was worth while (at least your car never got shat on)

Really enjoyed jae so glad we met yourself and dee it made the weekend!!
