you need two bottles - takes over 1.5 lt. when i changed mine i put some half decent full synthetic in and the box certaily feels better. i've heard motul and redline stuff is really good but havent tried it yet - those that have say it smoothes the box out no end.

Where do you guys get your oil from, and how hard it is to drain and replace the oil in the gear box? Mine is feeling pretty rough these days :(

I got mine from envy performance at around 10 pounds a bottle dont make the same mistake as me and buy at most 2ltrs a local garage is doing mine as i didnt have enough they recon it should only take areound half an hour and will cost around a tenner for disposal and time not bad cant be to hard to do your self but i cant handle the smell of the stuff  i thought it would be a good idea to change it as its been in there for 50k so better to be safe then sory and i here it will be smother. hope that helps

Got mine from me local parts man - wasnt expensive and made a noticeable diference. I got some Valvoline full sythetic but am interested in trying alternatives as i've heard good things - but i did get a big improvement myself, verified by another T Sport owner who said my box felt a lot better - i'm a man so not that box before you start!!

Easy to do - two plugs, lower for draining............
