I would say hello and welcome in Greek but think my spelling would fail me. ^_^

@Calisto, welcome in Greek is "Καλώς ήρθες"!!! (something like kalos irthes) ;)

Your intention though is more than welcomed!!!

@Flexy, I have to confess that my father had a KE30, 1.2l, 1978 model, 4door, it proved to be the best car ever. No damages and never left us on the road as we, the Greeks, use to say! However my E12 from the start gave me some trouble with the clutch, however i fixed it and know i push it to the limit!

Guys, it is really nice to find you here!

Hope my English doesn't give u a hard time!

Yup, I love all things Greek...the language, the people, the traditions, the food and the jewellery (wont wear anything English) and of course the weather.

I have "family" in Athens near Piraeus and also in Aegina (which happens to be my favourite Island), and I have been to most of them. I have not been out there for ages though.

What part of Athens are you from?

Yeah, we all adorable here in Greece, the people, music and especially the food!!!

Also, we have great jewellery as we all trust follie follie :D

The weather now is extremely hot with 43C'.

Lucky you, Calisto, Aegina is great, i often go for the sea there. You have "family"? I see you are hooked up all the way! How come u never came recently?

I live in Sepolia, there is also a metro station here if u happen to know.

It would seem I last visited Athens in 2003/04.... Which means I am in need of a holiday B) The Metro was being completed in time for the Olympics.

I remember as I was passing the buildings that were to be used during the games, thinking....they will never be finished in , time for that is the way of Greece....very laid back and relaxed, never rushing, or so it seems. ^_^

The family I speak of, are very very extended and not even related (but loved none the less) -_- they are the Mother and Father of good friends we made many years ago, they are in their 80's now, but I write to them a few times a year in Greek (as best I can) using a translator on the PC, their English is not so bad considering there age.

One day I intend to take some time out, book a ticket on the Flying Dolphin and enjoy myself.

Yeah, we generally have a programming time problem and as a result those who really keep the timetables like me always end up argueing with all the others

Please, for your own sake, prefer a regular ship, last year some dolfins burnt up in the middle of the sea, that's why we are called after all the country of light

Not anything else, but your nice celica is going to be abandoned!!! :D
