Why Was My Post Deleted?

Seriously... FFS!

I posted up a thread asking how much my xbox360 with 32 games would be worth as something like that with so many games is quite hard to price.

Was genuinley looking for any ideas.

So I would please like to know why the post was deleted, with a suitable reason.

FFS!! ... give a monkey a banana and it will eat it.

Give a moron a button and they will press it!!

ARGH!

I would be selling as a complete lot
this is not a for sale add

Why do you think it was removed?

We have rules about selling.. namely only paid members are permitted to do so.. as such we have a duty to the members and to uphold the rules, if we don't then paid members would wonder why on earth they are paying for it whilst others do it free.

I also know that you had a website where you sold computer games etc.. so a post from you asking what it is worth just seems rediculous and looks like you were trying to word your "selling" post to bend the rules.

You have been a member here long enough to know these rules and the fact you stated...

before mods go mod crazy!

...indicates that you knew only too well that it would be deleted because it was blatently against the rules.

FFS!! ... give a monkey a banana and it will eat it.

Just as well I like Bananas then eh!

Give a moron a button and they will press it!!

WRONG!!.. George W Bush hasn't destroyed the world yet.

Q "Why was my post deleted"

A "Because a mod deleted it for breaking T&C's"

And your next Mastermind question is.....

Just a thought Jim,

you could actually subscribe to TOC - it's not expensive you know !

Then you can post all your stuff for sale here without the posts 'mysteriously going missing'

Just search on eBay under completed items to guage how much they are going for.....

I have been a moderator of another car website and it is a thankless task but before anyone goes off in a paddy just think that they do this task for the benefit of others and will only delete or move a post if it is needed.

Well I've been a member here longer than quite a few people... and also a mod in the past, so I know how it works.

I'm also not a 12year old boy who's gonna try and "bend" some rules.

If I say something is not a for sale ad, and I'm genuinley enquiring as to how much it would be worth, then that's what I'm doing.

Considering how long I have been on these boards, you would think people would know me by now!
