Looking For A Decent Micro Atx Mb

I'm going for a Micro ATX Cube style case for my pc as it'll look alot nicer sitting next to the tv campared with a giant case. I will have .... Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Kit So I need a decent mobo with decent onboard sound, a GFX card slot and one that can take the above processor. Now I don't know much about FSB speeds, etc, etc..... so if someone can point something out please? ta'ness!!! :D
