Rough Idle And Power Loss

Hi

got a privia 2.4 petrol,keep getting rough ideling but when in drive it seems ok??now its started feeling flat sometimes when accelorating???put new air filter in??is there a tick over screw?or is it computer controled?there is a screw on the throtle body that picks up yhe tick over but dont think its a idle screw anyone know what bit is?its just under the cover in the car??also how do you change the plugs how do you get to them!!1st previa and love it but no ide on servicing!!!

You probably need to clean the throttle body
