Emergency Brake Light Won't Shut Off

I have a 2001 Camry. When I release the emergency brake, the dash light stays on. I know what's wrong...the microswitch under the consol between the front seats needs adjustment. In fact, I can stick my finger into the emergency brake opening, push the switch, and the light goes off. My question is how do I remove the plastic consol in order to get to the switch? I can't find and bolts/screws to take out.

Any mechanics out there? It's driving my wife nuts. Thanks for any help you can give.
