check for any fault codes to begin with and see what you get, without testing your car its hard to diagnos, but local problem areas would include

fuel pump?

throttle postion sensor?

demondriver, does the engine mangement light on the dash come on and the engine seems to lose all its power? if so then mate its the knock sensor on you engine block which needs seeing.
