how do you put up a picture above your details on the left hand side . ( i might be stupid ) any help appreciated

I clicked on my controls then edit avatar settings . It looks for web address or something. Can you just upload a pic from a folder in your computer

aye.. below the field where you can enter a URL you have a Browse button where you can coose one off your comp.

No browse button just update and remove buttons

It usen't to be that way. As far as I remember, I could load my avatar immediately. I have stuck with the one, because it is in memory of a much loved Irish Red Setter R.I.P.

I know, it is more like a Labradog, but the sentiment remains.
