Cluttered, but then I generally "flatten" my work's laptop once a quarter anyway and I have that many jobs on at once that I use the desktop like a scratchpad.

DVD ripper to put DVDs onto my little, dinky Creative Zen. Various database files and lots of text files for notes and the like.
