Seatbelt Question

Hi,

One of the back seatbelts (for the third row) has got a bad nick in it, which would be an MOT problem :( . Are the seatbelts on these cars all the same? Can I replace it with any Avensis / Avensis Verso seatbelt? Or do I have to get one specifically for the Verso third row?

I'd appreciate the advice if you can help. (I'm new to these forums... just bought the car a few months back).

Thank you!

P.S. Also if anyone has any idea how to get the trim off so I can access the seatbelt, that would be a big help too.
