Hi Just been chatting with an ex T machanic.

He advised I ring Toyota technical, apparantly they have access to a host of information. It is for internal use but should be given to customers if they ask for it.

Has anyone heard of this?

Not heard of the phone No but it doesn't surprise me as they are good at sharing info. I don't know if being able to see the manuals is available from other manufacturers. Does anyone know?

I'm not sure what the number is, i can find out if you like, but it's a premium rate number and you are far better off buying the info online

Block Exemtion rules state ALL manufacturers must make their technical info available, however they are allowed to charge a reasonable amount for this, hence the 3 Euro an hour fee
