The stock 4AGE bottom end cant take much boost.

Youl be best of getting a 4AGZE, getting rid of the supercharger and adding a turbo to it. The 4AGZE benifits from a forged bottom end, so it'l take much more boost without blowing rods, melting pistons etc.

You can get 4AGE FWD Turbo manifold of eBay. Quite a few on their.

Do you no if those manifolds on eBay will fit. Was a bit worried about weather they would hit the radiator.

I doubt they'l touch the radiator, Just had a look at my twincam, seems like plenty of space between the radiator and manifold for a turbo.

Its been done before on many AE92's, doubt you'l have any clearance issues.

Look at this for inspiration, http://gama.main-hosting.com/~logabyte/fea.../ae927agze.html.

He had to have a 'Custom' radiator so he had enough space for a intercooler but i guess thats due to his 7AFE bottom end being taller than the 4AGE Bottom end so he had to re-arrang everything.

Hi I am doing the same thing to my corolla too  but I am gonna make a turbo kit up myself it’s a lot cheaper HKS do make one but they’re not cheap tdi sell the kit http://www.tdi-plc.com/catalog/product_inf...oducts_id=12986 (you could also try sumo might be cheaper)

This kit was made for the ae86 so you would have to modify the manifold to fit the Ae92

As for the radiator clearance all depends on what size turbo you use.

If you are going to turbo your car you would like the other guys have said need a 4agze engine muuuuccchhh stronger and can handle much higher boost :Jumpy:.

Good luck with it

Try club forums member '4afte', i believe he's got a T25 manifold that he don't need. He's trying to shoe-horn in a Gt4 engine :D :D
