2002, 1.6l, 3zzfe Vvt-i Engine Upgrades?

Hi all. I'm new to this forum, but certainly not new to toyota's. I'm 19 years old. I currently have a 2002 Corolla (japanese ver.), ( it has the same body as the 2003 1.8L American Corolla), I would like to know what upgrades you guys reccomend. The engine is totally stock. I plan on doing some upgrades. The 1st thing i would like to know, is that if a 2003 cold air intake for 1.8 will fit in my car???

I plan on either installing a cold air or a short ram, which one would you recommend?

Anyways, let me know of some upgrades, and if 2003 Corolla (usa) parts will fit my 2002 corolla 1.6L. (BTW im from ARUBA)

P.S. I've seen a 1.8L engine online, and to me lookwise they are the same, so I'm pretty sure their parts will fit in mine. Just need to make sure.

I'm afraid I won't be able to help. :(

I have some questions anyway. Have you tested the top end on your car? I'm interested to know how fast the 1.6-litre Corollas are (as a comparison to my 1.4-litre RunX). And what about 1/4 mile times?

I'm considering going the branches/exhaust/chip route. At the moment my motor is 100% stock. Not really expecting much from those mods on a 1400 though.

i've had 131mph out of my 2001 corolla 1.6 SR, was just about redline in 6th

EDIT: forgot to mention its totally stock as far as i know.
