This is what Whatcar have quoted (assuming its a 3dr) :

Dealer £5,710

Private £5,120

Part exchange £4,830

Trade £4,620

I personally would not pay more than £5,500 for it.

Thats interesting. I think £6400 is a bit much even with a warranty from a dealer. Am researching price myself because I have to sell as emigrating. If £5500 - £6400 is the going rate thats made my day!!

£6400 is a tad much considering the mileage.

Been checking out autotrader in my area and even 04 facelifts with 30k ish are going for around the 7k mark, if I were gonna spend that much i'd save a little and buy a facelift.

Been checking out autotrader in my area and even 04 facelifts with 30k ish are going for around the 7k mark, if I were gonna spend that much i'd save a little and buy a facelift.

Ths exactly what i thought, thts nearly facelift price, but i thought i'd go along, take a test drive, and see wat was wat, and if i liked the car, knowing i wasn't desperate and could walk away. I had a p/x worth 1100, so the man said the price to change would be 5306, i didn't want to spend more than 4.5k to change, i told him this, and he met halfway at 4.5k, in the end got him down to 4.3k so a good grand and also got 6 months tax, and my tax refunded on my old car, another toyota key was going to be made next door at toyota, it was to be serviced an mot'd, a years honda warranty, and it had just had 4 new Bridgestone tyres. But i was really happy that they overlooked the fact tht the only key i had for my old car didn't open it, blipper wasn't broken so you couldn't turn off the alarm unless you started the engine. sorry for story, picking it up this sunday.
