Some Yaris Questions

Hi

I have an X Reg 1.0 Yaris - 5 doors - so 8 years old

I've generally serviced it every year, but not with Toyota

Can someone let me know how much a good price for a service on this would be?

Also, what are the normal intervals, is it 10k or a year?

Finally, I have a bit of engine rattle, it doesn't appear to be the oil levels and from what I know, this version is chain driven rather than a timing belt, so its not that I need a new timing belt. Does anyone know if the chains generally need attention at a certain age, or if there are other Yaris rattles from the engine that people are famiar with? many thanks

Sorry, one last thing

When I rev, be it idle or moving, around about 2500 revs, I get what can only be described as a resonation that sounds like a MAwk mawk, if you watch pingu, you'll know, but at about 2750 or if you drive harder it just disappears, any ideas?
