Can you get a k and n typhoon kit for the 1.6 t3 (mines an 03 plate)

As far as I'm aware yes, Check on www.knfilters.co.uk and see where your nearest dealer is, or look on Fleabay. Sure I seen some on there.

I wouldnt do much to the car in terms of trying to upgrade it as i have a t3 and i find them a bit sluggish. Great to drive and reliable but slow pick up compared to many other smaller engine cars that i have driven. Generally they are fairly smooth and quick once moving so best thing would be to change your air filter possibly to a panel filter by k&n or a induction kit which is made for the car. Do not assume that the best induction kit on the market in terms of power gain will enhance the performance. Find one which is suitable for the car and also has the most gains specifically for you'r engine size etc
